**Job Description**

- Provide call-only coverage from September 2 to December 31, 2024
- Fill shifts on the following dates: 
  - September 2-9 
  - October 27-31 
  - November 2-4, 24-30 
  - December 23-31
- Participate in a 24-hour call schedule (7a-7a) with a beeper call type
- Manage a call ratio of 1:1 with a response time of 20 minutes
- Handle patient volume of 2-5 with approximately 5 phone consults and 3-8 admissions
- Conduct rounding as part of the responsibilities
- Work with a support staff of 3 RNs and 1 MA
