- Level I Trauma Center with high acuity cases
- Handles healthy pediatric as well as adult cases; no complex pediatric cases
- Medical direction model with attending anesthesiologist
- Typical cases include spine procedures, thoracic, complex ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, vascular, neurosurgery, crani general surgery, and ENT
- Average number of cases: 14,000
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
