**Job Description**

- Work with two Anesthesiologists and six CRNA providers
- Focus on General Surgery, Plastics, Gastroenterology, and Podiatry
- Work only four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- No weekends and no call
- Utilize Citrix EMR

**Compensation and Benefits**

- $175k for 1099
- $165k for W2
