- Cases include: Hearts, Thoracic, Neurology, Pediatrics, General, Robots, Vascular, OBGYN, Urology, Orthopedic, Eyes, Plastics, and NORA.

- Surgical cases per day range from 7 to 20, depending on case types.
- Pain management cases range from 0 to 10 per day.
- OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident.
- The facility has 3 operating rooms at one site and 5 at another.
- Patient demographics include pediatric to geriatric patients, excluding neonates.

- 36-46 total cases per day between two locations; 15-20 cases per site
- Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
- CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements

**Requirements**

- Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI license
- Clean background
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Local providers highly preferred
- Current flu vaccine or able to get a medical exemption
