**Job Description**

- Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Either 3pm-11pm or 7pm-7am, Monday through Friday (full-time hours).
- Required Cases: Full scope anesthesia experience preferred including some pediatric experience (Health Peds), Epidurals. Will consider candidates on a case-by-case basis with varying levels of experience. No cardiovascular cases.
- EMR: Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC).
- Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: 1:1 ratio under the direction of an Anesthesiologist.
- Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days.
- License required or willing to license: Active California license is required.
