**Job Description**

- Shifts: Mon - Fri, No Call
- Coverage Needs: 10s and 12s - No 8s needed at this time
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP and Ongoing
- Level I Trauma Center with High Acuity Cases
- Handles healthy pediatric as well as adult cases. No complex pediatric cases.
- Medical Direction Model with Attending Anesthesiologist
- Typical Cases: Spine Procedures, Thoracic, Complex Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Crani General Surgery, and ENT
- Average Number of Cases: 14,000
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**

- PA license, active and unencumbered, willing to wait on license
- Board Certified - NBCRNA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
