**Job Description**

- Exclusively pediatric anesthesia; no OB, no adults
- High-acuity and complex case mix: trauma, congenital cardiac, EATs, CDH, neuro, ortho, and transplant
- Anesthesia services provided in: 10 ORs, CVORs, Cath Labs, IR, MRI, CT, and bedside procedures

**Position Snapshot**

- Full-Time, W-2
- Pediatric-only, high-acuity anesthesia
- Care Team Model: 1:1 or 2:1 depending on case complexity
- CRNAs perform regionals (including caudal), invasive lines, and staff all specialties including cardiac and trauma
- 24/7 CRNA presence for trauma, airway, and cardiac backup (no routine overnight case coverage)

**Compensation Overview**

- Base Pay: $93.42 - $144.80/hour ($194K - $301K annually)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50K (2-year commitment)
- SRNAs Only - Pre-Graduation Stipend: $50K (2-year commitment) or $75K (3-year) with 75% upfront, 25% at 90-day mark of employment
- Relocation Assistance: Yes (for moves over 50 miles)
