Join our team as an Anesthesiology Locum Tenens provider. This position offers a diverse range of cases and a supportive environment for experienced professionals.

**Job Description**

- Types of cases: General surgery, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, B&B, OB/GYN, Endo. No neuro, hearts, peds under 2 years old, spine, or bariatric. Locums typically assigned to MOR, ASU, eye center, and EP lab. Most services represented with bread and butter being typical for locums. GA, spinal, and MAC cases.

- Call: We wouldn't utilize locums on weekends unless they were interested and had solid experience at our facility and a background in OB.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday for 4-5 days per week, a mix of 8-12 hour days, approximately 40 hours per week.

- Staffing: Approximately 30 permanent and 7 per diem CRNAs, with an equal number of permanent MDAs and pool MDs. On any given weekday, about half are physically present.

- Supervision: ACT model with supervision; never medical direction. CRNAs see their own patients, induce, emerge, and provide all care by themselves unless they desire assistance, which is always available but may not be from a supervising anesthesiologist.

- ORs: 8-9 MORs, 5-6 ASU, 2 eye center rooms, and 2 EP lab rooms are typical CRNA assignments.

- EMR system: Epic.
