- Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience required (no new graduates)
- Active CRNA certification and ability to practice on-site in Pennsylvania (state licensure or eligibility, as applicable)
- Required clinical experience: Trauma anesthesia and OB anesthesia
- Comfort working in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) environment
- Credentialing: Typically 60-90 days (may be closer to 60 with prompt submission)

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across general and acute care cases
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and manage intraoperative anesthesia and emergence
- Support OB and trauma-related anesthesia coverage consistent with prior experience
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing, and perioperative teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate documentation
- CRNAs do not perform epidurals or nerve blocks; CRNAs support physicians with epidurals
