**Job Description**

- Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (40 hours per week).
- Required Cases: General, Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal, Urology, Gynecology, Healthy Pediatrics, Head and Neck, Thoracic, and Interventional Radiology cases. Operating Room coverage only, no Labor and Delivery.
- EMR: EPIC (Health Connect - Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC).
- Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: 1:3 Anesthesiology Supervision Model.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
- Required Licensure: Active California license is required.
