- Full-time, Mondays and Fridays preferred at one specific location

**Clinical Details**

- No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
- Limited pediatric cases, but mostly standard procedures
- 36-46 total cases per day between two locations; 15-20 cases per site
- Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
- CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements

**Requirements**

- Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI license
- Clean background
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Local providers highly preferred
- Current flu vaccine or able to get a medical exemption
- Need to be available immediately and must be able to work weekdays (minimum of 3 days per week)
  - Must have Friday availability for temps
