Growing practice with locations in the Central Valley is adding a Nurse Practitioner to staff. This position will be based out of Manteca, CA, and the ideal candidate will function autonomously, as well as in collaboration with all members of the existing Integrated Care team, to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective care to dialysis patients.
