- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for adolescent and young adult residents
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications to ensure safe and effective clinical outcomes
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including therapists, nurses, and medical staff to deliver coordinated, trauma-informed care
