This role involves providing continuing, comprehensive wellness, preventative, and medical care to families.

**Job Description**

- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury; maintaining the patient record in a timely fashion
- Provide narrative summaries in EMR to communicate patient information to other health care providers
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
- Advise patients concerning diet, activity, and disease prevention
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary

**Requirements**

- Graduated from an accredited NP/PA program
- Current CA state medical license
- Current DEA certificate
- Board certified
- Current CPR certification

**Benefits**

- Pay range of $135k - $165k
- Full-time position with a day schedule
- Patient load of 18 - 20 per day
- Work location includes all ages in an outpatient setting
