- Provide family-centered care by effectively communicating with patients' families, addressing their concerns, and involving them in the decision-making process.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance pediatric cardiology practices.
- Demonstrate understanding of internal and external APRN or PA practice rules, regulations, and legislation to maintain compliance and certification.
- Serve as an advocate for the needs of the patients across the health care continuum ensuring the best patient and family experience and to advance pediatric health throughout the community we serve.

**Requirements**

- Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) certification and licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current BLS and PALS.
- Prior experience in pediatric cardiology or a related field is preferred but not required.
