Skills for Success The clinician will educate patients on use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telehealth. **PRN Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse**

Within Aeroflow, the Clinical Sleep team is comprised of 40+ clinical staff. The clinical team is the face of our company and focuses on outstanding patient care. We educate patients on disease processes, cleaning, and maintaining sleep equipment to help patients achieve a higher quality of life. Patient care is our passion.

**Job Description**

- Assist with telemedicine and in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups with patients and their families.
- Start as one 8-hour shift per week utilizing telehealth and in-home services with the potential to transition into a 3 12-hour full-time position depending on the territory's necessity.
- Pay rate will be hourly and include mileage. There are no on-call, weekends, holidays, or night requirements currently.

**Requirements**

- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- 1+ years' experience in home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non-clinical staff.
- Must be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Must be willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also required.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality including providing private space for telehealth appointments.
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.

**Skills for Success**

- Educate patients on the use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telehealth.
- Provide respiratory skills to patients in the field as directed by physician orders.
- Provide exceptional care to patients and work with family members to ensure comfort and respect for the patient.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times.

Join our team as an Urgent Care Provider in a free-standing outpatient urgent care setting. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide essential care during a critical time.

**Job Description**
