**Job Description**

- Staffing model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP lab, Cath lab, and Endo. Average annual surgical volume of 9,000.
- Diverse mix of cases including cardiac and transplant (separate team), heavy ortho, general surgery, endo, neuro, spine, vascular, robotics, etc. No pediatrics, OB, or trauma.
- CRNAs practice top of license. Able to perform peripheral nerve blocks, do own lines, and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Willing to train.
- Flexible shifts. No overnights. 1-2 weekday only beeper calls scheduled per month for additional compensation.
- New graduates interested in optimizing a wide range of skills are more than welcome to apply.
