Join our team as a Locum CRNA in Goshen, Indiana. This position offers a variety of shifts and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an anesthesiologist onsite.

**Job Description**

- Start dates available: Oct 10, Oct 15 - Oct 16, Oct 27 x2, Oct 31, Nov 3-7, Nov 17 - 21, Nov 24 - 28 x2, Dec 15 - 19, Dec 22 - 28, Dec 29 - Jan 2 ongoing x4
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
- Licensure requirements: ACLS must be AHA
- Hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Call from 3:30 pm - 7:30 am, scheduled for 3 weeknights per month
- Supervision: Anesthesiologist onsite - no supervision required
- Type of cases required: High-acuity cases including mostly general, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, cancer, liver. Some vascular, ENT, radiology with anesthesia, cosmetics, podiatry, pulmonary, and very light cardiac (TEE, lungs, and major vascular).
- Blocks: Proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals; bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS.
- Number of ORs: 8
