- Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and other tests in an appropriate and cost-efficient manner.
- Refers those cases which require specialist services but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care.
- Very light call - Call via phone 1 week every 2-3 months. 90% of calls screened by Nursing Service Line.
- Cover 1 Saturday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm every 3 months.
- 4 Day Work Week Available (4x10hrs).

**Requirements**

- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Ability to have a Connecticut State Medical License.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Experience with FQHC or community-based medicine a plus.
- Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship.
