**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10hr shifts
- Types of Cases: Pediatrics, Adult orthopedic, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastic
- Electronic Medicine Records (EMR): EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
- Must be board certified
- Active state license
