The Non-Operative Orthopedic Provider specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. This role emphasizes non-surgical interventions and holistic patient care, bridging the gap between primary care and surgical intervention.

**Job Description**

- Diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to chronic disorders
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, including interpreting diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Recommend and administer non-surgical treatments including, but not limited to, physical therapy referrals, bracing, joint injections under ultrasound guidance, administration of cutting-edge orthobiologic treatments (stem cells, PRP)
- Provide pain management advice and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Educate patients on their conditions, outlining both surgical and non-surgical treatment options
- Advise on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and exercises to improve mobility and strength
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to identify cases that might require surgical intervention
- Refer patients to other medical specialists when their conditions demand treatments outside the realm of orthopedics
