**Job Description:**

- Maintain and update reports and registries for the PCHH team, overseeing all registry work, including outreach, scheduling, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with workflows and procedures by reviewing registry data
- Perform audits for invasive procedures and in-house labs, as well as other PCHH data and initiatives, providing documentation of audits
