- Administration of gift matching requests, donations requests, and NEED fund
- Manage the Country Club membership program
- Support the execution of MUSA's agenda with regard to corporate philanthropy, MUSA Gift Match, Community Development, and Volunteer Programs
- Receive applications, review and vet them according to criteria, approve/deny requests, and process for payments
- Assist in policy design for philanthropy programs and help establish governance and compliance
- Research best practices and establish program guidelines
- Support all fundraising efforts
- Develop and maintain donor relations through various methods of acknowledgement, reports, and communications
- Assist in the development of community outreach programs and events
