Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a traveler position specializing in Orthopedic Neuro Outpatient therapy, with some inpatient work. Responsibilities include one-on-one patient care, evaluations, follow-up visits, and weekend on-call duties. Must have outpatient experience and be licensed in Kentucky or compact eligible.

**Location:** Shelbyville, Kentucky area

**Job Description:**

- Traveler position for Physical Therapist
- Specialty: Orthopedic Neuro Outpatient with little Inpatient
- Most of the volume is outpatient; inpatient volume is ortho and medical
- Shift: Day Shift 9-5:30
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: One weekend a month, usually 2-3 hours Saturday and on-call Sunday for Orthopedics
- Patient Ratio: Patients are treated one-on-one
- Evaluations: 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Follow-up visits: 30-45 minutes determined by PT
- Duration: 13 weeks, possible extension
- Full-time hours

**Requirements:**

- 1+ years of outpatient experience required
- Experience with Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Manual Therapy, General Sports Medicine
- Kentucky license or compact eligible required
- Must have CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Kentucky, NPI NUMBER
- Physical Abilities: Capable of handling from 50-100lbs
