**Job Description:**

- Practice primary care in our clinics 2.5 days per week alongside provider colleagues
- Lead provider teams in the local market
- Partner with the Regional Vice President to achieve operational and clinical excellence
- Supervise center medical directors and ensure their priorities align with organizational goals
- Report to the Executive Medical Director for the region

**Requirements:**

- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- M.D. / D.O. Physicians
