**Registered Nurse (RN)**

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Earn up to $47 per hour

**Job Description:**

- Responsible for staff assignment and provide overall supervision of resident care
- Ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Complete all required record keeping forms/charts upon resident's admission, discharge, or transfer
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, and more

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or approved RN program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Leadership ability and willingness to supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with facility's consultants and implement changes as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Investigate complaints and grievances, providing reports to the Director of Nursing
- Give and receive nursing reports at the start and end of shift duty hours
- Evaluate residents' physical and emotional status and ensure prescribed treatments are administered
- Keep the Director of Nursing informed about the status of residents and staff

**Consumer Service:**

- Present a professional image through dress, behavior, and speech
- Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns
- Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected
