**Family Nurse Practitioner**

**Location:** Brooklyn

**Job Description:**

- Join a FQHC/Community Health Center to provide patient care in a new urgent care facility built in 2023
- 100% walk-in practice - utilize Athena EMR system
- Could grow into a leadership role as the new site grows
- Expect three 12-hour shifts per week, only open from 8:30-4:30 on Saturdays and NO Sunday hours
- Work with patients of all ages, providing suturing, splinting, and other urgent care skills

**Requirements:**

- New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred
- Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- 12-18 months of NP work experience required in urgent care or emergency medicine
