The Cadd Heritage House is located at 170 Heritage Drive Warwick RI. The program serves teenage boys and girls ages 12-21 with mild intellectual disability Asperger's disorder and mild to moderate behavior disorders such as attention and motivation deficits as well as social and life skill deficits. This is an 8-bed facility. The emphasis placed on preparing for transition to "independent living" as they approach young adulthood. This position is full-time 36 hours per week; 9-hour shifts; days & evenings with every other weekend and holiday.
