**Job Description:**

- Outpatient clinic (Monday-Friday)
- No call requirements
- Collaborative team with a network of 40 providers and over 180 employees in 4 outpatient clinics
- Strong referral network from Specialists within the group

- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
