**Job Description:**

- Assist with ensuring the health and well-being of pediatric individuals by providing direct nursing and personal care support.
- Responsible for assisting individuals with all aspects of Daily Living Activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services, including keeping individuals dry, assisting with bowel and bladder functions, lifting, turning, moving, and transporting individuals.
- Document all provided services in the individual's medical record.
- Prepare individuals for meals and assist with serving and feeding.
- Complete clinical duties such as performing range of motion exercises, emptying ostomy bags, and obtaining vital signs.
- Perform routine housekeeping duties and store all tools, equipment, and supplies properly.
- Report all changes in the individual's condition to the supervisor.
