**Job Description**

- 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
- Location: Mystic, CT
- Schedule: Full- or Part-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
- Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only: Average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight every 2 months
- Guarantee range: $250,000 - $345,000
- Uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support
