    Family Medicine Opportunity

    Join our team in Yakima, WA, where we offer a full-time, permanent position with an excellent compensation package and a supportive work environment.

    Job Description

    • Excellent compensation package including a generous guaranteed base salary based on MGMA standards
    • RVU quarterly incentive bonuses for increased earning potential
    • 1-2 year ramp-up period
    • Blend of primary care and urgent care services
    • Full spectrum of care seeing all ages
    • Flexible scheduling with some clinics offering extended hours and weekend availability
    • Opportunity to build a busy, lucrative practice with established clinics and robust patient panels (typical volume ranging from 18-28+ patients per day after ramp-up)
    • Welcoming experienced or new graduates (new grads must have extensive RN/BSN experience with direct patient care, preferably in ER or critical care)
    • FNP certification preferred for those with extensive clinical hours in primary care practicum
    • EMR: Cerner
