**Job Description**

- Full-time, permanent position
- The APP will be part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients within the Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital ICUs
- Responsibilities include daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, common bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, critical care consults, and bed flow management
- The critical care APP will also be part of the Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies called within the hospital
- Independent critical thinking and patient care management is at the forefront of the APP role
- This role will include rotational day, night, and weekend responsibilities across the three hospitals
