    OSF HealthCare is recruiting a Gastroenterologist for a satellite practice position in Galesburg. The Gastroenterology group practice, with headquarters in Peoria, Illinois, includes eight Gastroenterologists and six advanced practitioners. The physician will be clinically based, with hospital consultations at OSF Saint Mary Medical Center. ERCP is preferred but not required. The position includes a 1:4 weekend call schedule. Visa sponsorship options (J1 and H1B) are available.

    Requirements

    • Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state
    • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
    • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies); must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
    • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
    • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
