- Responsible for conducting skill assessments and behavior assessments to create individualized treatment programs.

**Requirements and Responsibilities:**

- Master's degree in Behavior Analyst or related fields required.
- North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or obtain the NC license within 30 days of employment required.
- 3 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst preferred.
- Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.
- Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, drawing on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.
