**Location:** Southwest Iowa

**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive services in primary care, inpatient, outpatient observation, skilled care, specialty care, and rural health clinics.
- Collaborate with 2 physician partners.
- Manage 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient duties.
- Inpatient census: 1-4 patients for morning rounds.
- Outpatient: 6-10 patients in the afternoon for chronic care management.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.; 1 day per week extended hours and shift rotated.
- Option for a 4 day work week with 10-hour shifts or a 5 day work week with 8-hour shifts.
- EMR: EPIC
