**Location:** Goldendale, Washington

**Job Description:**

- Full-time, permanent
- Provide primary care coverage for four days
- Patient volume is 13-17/day
- No call/OB
- Join 4 primary care providers and 4 APPs
- The clinic also offers Express Care, Pain Management, Behavioral Health, Dental, Optometry, and Diabetes services
- General Surgery and Orthopedics available
- Podiatry, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Pulmonology specialists are regularly available as visiting physicians through Specialty Clinic
- Each FM provider has dedicated support staff including an MA and virtual scribe
- Leadership structure in the clinic consists of a Medical Director (Physician), Clinic Director, Clinic Support Staff Supervisor (RN), and Office Support Staff Supervisor
- The EMR is Meditech Expanse and providers are supported by a Clinical Informatics RN
