**Job Description:**

- Responsible for patient assessment and care under direct supervision of the provider.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and oversee patients at office locations.
- Act as a liaison with other organizations and departments.
- Coordinate care to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Order medical, pharmacy, and office supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with MyMichigan Health policies and OSHA guidelines.

**Responsibilities:**

- (30%) Triage all calls, schedule daily urgent/emergent add-ons, and relay test results.

- (20%) Assist provider with examinations and procedures.
- (20%) Prepare and clean patient areas, set up equipment, and sterilize medical instruments.

**Other Duties and Responsibilities:**

  - Equivalent Medical Assistant Credential such as Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
  - Medical First Responder, Emergency Medical Tech Basic/Specialist, or Paramedic through the State of Michigan.
