Job Description

• Team: 2 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist
• 2 ORs
• 25 bed hospital
• OB, General, Endo, GI, GYN, and Ortho procedures

Staffing Model

• 1st week: work and take primary call (30-minute call back)
• 2nd week: work with no call
• 3rd week: off
• 1099 or W2 option

Compensation

• $230k W2 + benefits, CME, M/P insurance with a tail
• $260k 1099 + M/P insurance with a tail
