    Family Medicine Physician

    We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (or Med-Peds) to provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care in a mission-driven community health setting. You'll deliver patient-centered care across all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics while working alongside a collaborative team and supported by an advanced health system.

    Job Description

    • Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care
    • Manage acute and chronic conditions, minor injuries, and wellness exams
    • Administer immunizations and preventive screenings
    • Collaborate with an on-site APP
    • Participate in a light call rotation (RN triage support included)
    • Optional involvement in:
      • Precepting medical or NP/PA students
      • Hospital medicine
      • Leadership or administrative pathways

    Schedule

    • Flexible schedule options available
    • Preference for full-time candidates open to shared call coverage
    • Ideal start upon completion of credentialing
    • Ideal candidate should have a long-term interest in community-based care

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $250,000 - $260,000
    • Productivity incentives: Eligible from day one
    • Sign-on bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid with first paycheck)
    • Retention bonus: $25,000 (paid at start of year two)

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
    • Board Eligible candidates accepted if within 1-5 years of graduation and actively pursuing certification
    • Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
    • Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain
    • ACLS, DEA, and NY State License
