Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Primary Care Physician

Join a community-focused, well-established primary care clinic offering full-spectrum outpatient services. This position is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician passionate about continuity of care and small-town connection, supported by an experienced on-site Nurse Practitioner.

Job Description

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or until all patients are seen)
• Call: 1:7, phone-only rotation
• Panel size: Patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support: 1 Nurse Practitioner on-site
• Scope of practice includes:
  • Chronic disease management
  • Joint injections, minor procedures (suturing, mole/skin tag removal, biopsies)
  • Pap smears, dressing changes
• Patient population: Pediatric through geriatric
• Optional involvement with Family Medicine residents

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years)
• Active Indiana License or willing to obtain
• DEA, BLS, ACLS or willing to obtain
• COVID-19 vaccinated
• Experience treating all age groups
• Epic EMR experience (highly preferred)
• Open to H-1B and J-1 Visa candidates
