Join our team as a Family or Internal Medicine Physician in Plymouth, Indiana. This position offers a full-time schedule with a focus on outpatient care, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community.

Job Description

• 100% outpatient care with no hospital duties
• OB optional based on physician preference
• Join a team of 2 physicians and 1 NP
• Full patient age spectrum: pediatrics to geriatrics
• On-site basic lab and minor procedures
• EPIC EMR (preferred)
• Teaching opportunities with medical residents

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency)
• Indiana medical license or willing to obtain
• BLS, ACLS, DEA certification or willing to obtain
• Experience treating all age groups
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
