Locum to Perm Radiology (Mammography)

365 Healthcare is seeking Locum to Perm Mammography Radiologists to provide breast imaging coverage in Springfield, Massachusetts. This opportunity offers a predictable weekday day-shift schedule in hospital-based and outpatient imaging settings and includes a competitive hourly rate of $420/hour, along with lodging and travel coverage, rental car or mileage reimbursement, and malpractice insurance included.

Job Description

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Day shift only
• No weekend coverage
• No call requirements

Practice Details

• Hospital and outpatient mammography practice settings
• Variable daily case volumes
• Annual ER volume approximately 120 patients per day
• Radiology team of 8 physicians (6 remaining after February)
• Full support staff available
• Patient population includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric patients
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: days with completed applications
• EMR: Epic, PowerScribe, PACS

Clinical Responsibilities

• Interpretation of mammography studies
• Stereotactic biopsies
• Breast ultrasound biopsies
• Breast localization procedures
• Mammography- and ultrasound-guided biopsies

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
• Active Massachusetts license or pending MA application with submission date and estimated approval at time of name clear
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Clean background with no malpractice history
• NPDB self-query required at time of presentation
