Join a high-volume, well-established OB/GYN practice at a respected regional medical center in North Iowa. Work alongside 4 OB/GYNs and 1 ARNP in a modern facility with comprehensive support services, Da Vinci robotics, and a Level II NICU. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN looking for long-term stability, professional growth, and a balanced lifestyle.

Job Description

• Shared call: 5 days/month
• Clinic located on hospital campus recently remodeled
• Block OR time 5 days/week
• Da Vinci robotics available
• Onsite Perinatology consults
• Level II NICU with 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist & NICU nurse coverage
• Strong in-house support: Cardiology, Ortho, Surgery, Anesthesia, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $375,000
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $200,000
• Benefits start day 1: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD
• PTO: 34 days (base) 40 days (production)
• CME: $5,500 annually
• Retirement: 403(b) with match + 457(b) optional
• Malpractice insurance: Employer-paid + tail

Requirements

• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology (within 3 years of residency)
• Iowa License or IMLC eligibility
• H1B visa waiver candidates accepted (No J1)
• Locum-to-perm options available
