The Medical Support Supervisor is responsible for all daily operations related to the clinical support staff duties of their designated Medical Clinic site and is responsible for assisting with the budget, hiring, and maintaining staff who strive for excellence, and maximizing productivity for the Providers and staff. The Medical Support Supervisor will demonstrate competency in providing patient care, evaluating initial and annual staff competencies, directing and coordinating care to align with the CVCH clinical support services.
