Physician candidates are expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the delivery of primary care. Castleton Express Care, located within the same facility as Community Health Castleton, is open seven days a week, for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for adults and children. Family Practice - Without OB Physician

This new service will have a dual function to provide direct patient care and consultative/educational care for the local provider community. Fundamental responsibilities include program design, clinical care, and oversight of clinical operations. Additionally, Community Health provides exclusive medical care to three Level I Skilled Nursing and Subacute Rehabilitation facilities in Rutland, Vermont. While the geriatric service line shares some clinical congruencies with the SNF service line, these services are structured as distinctive and independent services.
