- Location: Hospital ER/GYN and L&D call
- Total number of beds: 10 LDRP, 3 PP, & 1 Triage
- Number of physicians in practice: 2, 5 CNMs
- 40%-50% Gyn, 1-4 Gyn surgeries per day
- 15%-35% C-sections
- Average number of nursery admissions per day: 2-5
- Average daily census: Newborns 3-4
- Average daily census: Peds 0-1 every 2 months
- Number of beds in nursery: 12 Normal Newborn. No Special Care Nursery
- Documentation system/EMR: EPIC
- Providers must be able to complete C-sections and all OB/GYN related surgeries

**Requirements**

- Board certified - required
- Ohio license - required
- NRP, ACLS - required
