Demonstrates competency in ostomy, drains, foley catheters, macy catheters, and wound care. Demonstrates competency in trach care, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen. Competent in the ability to assess, implement and evaluate respiratory issues and treatments. Demonstrates competency with G-Tubes, NG Tubes, and tube feedings. Follows infection control policy and procedure. Demonstrates good body mechanics. Delegates patient care tasks appropriately. Supervises and provides direction to the aides on the care delivered.
