Well-established and well-respected private OB/GYN group is looking to add additional physicians and CNMs due to impending retirements. The group has 11 OBGYN physicians, 2 FT Laborists, 7 CNMs, and 2 WHNPs, and is hoping to add 2 new generalist physicians and 2 CNMs. This group is in an affluent suburb of Atlanta with excellent public and private schools, recreational and cultural activities, fine dining, shopping, and easy access to Atlanta. They have been serving the community for over 30 years and are committed to providing quality patient care. They have 3 beautiful office locations that feature state-of-the-art equipment and EMR practice management systems to allow the physicians to concentrate on patient care and satisfaction. This pro-life practice offers a full range of obstetrical and gynecological services, including birth control, minimally invasive surgeries, and in-office procedures like Robotics, Colposcopy, HTA, Pelvic Floor Therapy, MonaLisa Touch, and Uro-dynamics. The physicians cover call at a large community-based hospital equipped with NICU and Da Vinci Robot and full sub-specialty physician support. The group also employs Hospitalist physicians who help with the call. They average 150-160 deliveries a month and share call of 1:9 with Laborist support.

They are the area's largest women's group and are located in one of the fastest-growing cities in the US (2nd only to Las Vegas).They have 1 MFM and 1 REI sub-specialist and would like to add MFM for consult only. This physician will cover most if not all offices and manage the group's high-risk patients. There will be no calls and no deliveries for sub-specialists. For the OBGYN generalist opening, the group has multiple offices. Still, the OBGYNs will only work out of one office, and while the group delivers out of 2 hospitals, physicians only do deliveries at the hospital closest to their office. Hospitals have level III and IIB nurseries with all services in-house, including anesthesia and neo-natal. An Oncologist from Stanford visits 2X p/m.While the group has been averaging about 10-12 deliveries per month per physician, the hospital is moving toward an in-house Laborist model which will give providers the choice of doing deliveries. If the provider does opt to do deliveries, they will earn additional money from the delivery. The group does a good amount of GYN, including Robotics, Laparoscopy, and all types of MIS. They do about 8 Robotics cases weekly, and physicians scrub together, so there is mentoring, etc. The offer includes a highly competitive guaranteed salary for 4 yrs (and they are looking for physicians willing to commit to a 4yr contract) starting in the low to mid 400K range DOE and a full benefits package including a hefty signing bonus, generous relocation, productivity incentives, and 4 weeks vacation and CME time.
