Job Description

• Provide one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling.
• Review care plans and administer medication for patients with special medical needs.
• Monitor vital signs and provide specialized care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Engage in fun activities and ensure patients receive the best possible care.
• Assist in daily living activities (ADLs).
• Perform medication administration, tube feeding, seizure monitoring, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.
• Provide infusion nursing services and assess clients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document client care and educate clients and their families on the care provided.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, valid RN North Carolina license.
• Certification in CPR.
• Trach and Vent experience preferred but will train.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times.
