Medical Director / Attending Physician
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Director / Attending Physician to oversee and manage the medical care provided in our skilled nursing facilities in Chanute, KS. This role offers a unique blend of medical excellence and technological advancement, focusing on both administrative leadership and direct patient care. As the Medical Director, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance to facility staff. In addition, you will serve as the attending physician for residents, ensuring high-quality care in our post-acute and primary care settings.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary up to $400,000 annually, plus a monthly Medical Director stipend for MDs
- Full and part-time opportunities available

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid and active medical license in the state where you will be practicing
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (preferred)
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care, or primary care settings is preferred
- Ability to manage and oversee medical and clinical staff in a leadership role
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable with technology, including using iPads, remote patient monitoring, and conversational dictation software
- Willingness to travel to multiple facilities within your assigned region
